Shipping Policy

We currently deliver only within India. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹40 will be charged.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes and may incur an additional fee.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order status on our website or via the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at lume.elegence@gmail.com with your order details.
• Returns/exchanges are not accepted for customized or made-to-order items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
