Returns and Exchange
At LUME, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we are here to help.
- Returns are accepted only after delivery and only for products with a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item.
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery by contacting our customer service at info@lume.elegence.com with your order details.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Each order is eligible for a ONE TIME return/exchange only.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lume.elegence@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds
- If you paid by online payment and your order is cancelled before shipping, your refund will be credited to your LUME wallet only. No refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- For returns (after delivery), if approved, you will be issued a credit note or wallet refund. No cash or bank refunds are provided.
- There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions, except as stated above.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
To request a return or cancellation, please email us at lume.elegence@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery (for returns) or before shipping (for cancellations) with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return/cancellation
- Photos of the product (if defective or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
